SpyNex processes account, device metadata, and authorized sync content to provide the service. Sensitive remote sessions require separate on-device approval and are not recorded unless you enable approved recording.

You may export or request deletion of your account data from the customer dashboard. Support agents do not automatically receive private messages, files, recordings, or location histories.
