How SpyNex works
Five clear steps from signup to a paired, consented device — no hidden install tricks.
SpyNex is meant to be set up in the open. The person who holds the phone should know the app is installed, which permissions were granted, and when a live assistance session is running.

Create your SpyNex account
Register on the web with your email. Verify when prompted so we can protect password resets and support access.

Install the mobile app
Put SpyNex on the Android or iOS device you are authorized to manage. Store listings appear on the Download page when published; internal builds use your release channel.

Pair with a fresh code
From the dashboard, generate a QR or pairing code. Scan it on the device while you are both present. Codes expire quickly by design.

Grant only needed permissions
Android and iOS will ask for location, photos, notifications, and other access. Skip anything you do not need — SpyNex never bypasses the system prompts.

Choose a plan and stay in control
Pick Free, Pro, or Family based on how many devices and features you need. End sessions, revoke consent, or unpair whenever you want.
