Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use SpyNex to:

• Monitor devices without lawful authority and disclosure
• Activate hidden cameras, covert microphones, or secret screen capture
• Harvest credentials, OTPs, or intercept messages without authorization
• Bypass OS permissions or platform security controls
• Harass, stalk, or otherwise abuse individuals

Violations may result in suspension, deletion, and referral to authorities.
